When you connect your Instagram or WhatsApp Business account to the Axxiom Chat Platform, we collect:

• Your Instagram or WhatsApp Business account identifiers
• OAuth access tokens required to send and receive messages on your behalf
• Message content exchanged through the platform for the purpose of providing automated responses
• Basic account information such as your Instagram username

We use the collected information solely to:

• Connect your social messaging accounts to the Axxiom Chat Platform
• Send and receive messages through your connected accounts
• Provide AI-powered automated responses to your customers
• Maintain and improve the platform's functionality

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your account data and message history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon disconnecting an integration, we revoke stored access tokens and cease collecting new data from that account.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of access tokens and secure HTTPS communication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Disconnect your Instagram or WhatsApp integration at any time
• Revoke our access to your Meta accounts through your Meta account settings

If you deauthorize the Axxiom application through your Meta account settings, we will receive a notification and will delete your associated access tokens and integration data within 30 days.
